How to make food last a long time

How to use it? In the case of red fruits we can make a mixture of water and vinegar, in a 1:1 proportion for both. Once the berries have been rinsed with the mixture, they should be drained and patted dry, then placed in the refrigerator.
Both fruits and vegetables can be subjected to the same treatment, especially green leafy ones, which must then be stored in the refrigerator.

For delicate fruits such as strawberries, which rot quickly, even if placed immediately in the refrigerator, the percentage of vinegar and water can be varied, with 10 parts water and 1 part vinegar.
