On the other hand, to make the  foam  you need to use a  milk frother , a  whisk  or a  frother . The result should give a  creamy, dry foam and  to avoid disassembling it, it must be added to the coffee very carefully. The important thing is to create a  perfect contrast of temperatures  and, to make it irresistible to the eye, also of colors.

The final touch is  to sprinkle a little unsweetened cocoa or cinnamon powder on top . For those with a sweet tooth, you can add  sugar or whipped cream .
