To clean the oven glass, you only need a few ingredients, cheap, ecological and always present in our pantries, but first we have to dismantle the door.

We follow the instructions of the parent company, reported in the instruction booklet: the door is made up of several layers tempered to withstand the high temperatures of cooking and dirt, grease, grease penetrate and accumulate even inside.

Unclip the windows, place them on a work surface, and clean them with a cloth soaked in a mixture of water and vinegar. This ingredient has antibacterial and disinfectant properties that make it perfect for this purpose. But for more stubborn scales, it’s best to make a paste using baking soda and enough water to turn it into a thick, creamy gel.

Apply it to the entire surface in an even layer, then leave it on overnight.

The next day, rinse off the residue by rubbing with a clean cloth and dry thoroughly.

If you don’t have baking soda, another winning combination is the combination of lemon and coarse salt. Also in this case, you have to make a pasty and granular mixture, to spread on the windows, especially in the most difficult places. Leave it on for a few hours, preferably overnight, then rinse with hot water and wipe with a sponge.

Now carefully reassemble the door following the instructions and enjoy the result.
