Eggs in mustard sauce needed to be made again


Ingredients :

  • 250 ml of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • <a href=”https://gesundmutter.
  • lemon juice
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons flour, dusted
  • 50 ml of vegetable broth
  • nb melted bacon cubes

Preparation :

First melt the butter, briefly sweat the flour into it. Add the milk🥛 and the vegetable broth and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Season with sugar, salt, pepper and mustard.

Add the eggs to the sauce. If desired, add diced bacon.

diced bacon. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes.
