As ingredients, you need:

30 grams of bay leaves

250 ml of olive oil

Many people do not know that the combination of olive oil  and bay leaf can give an  impressive  result on our health. These two ingredients have countless properties to combat a whole series of dysfunctions.

Olive oil mixed with bay leaves can  provide relief to the nervous system , states of anxiety and all similar pathologies. This combination also has the power to relieve joint pain,  treat ear diseases , regulate kidney and liver function, promote digestive activity,  strengthen the immune system , fight the appearance of pimples and acne, protect the gastric mucosa and the colon and stimulate the brain.

Preparation

Take some  dry bay leaves  and crush them.

Place the crushed leaves in an airtight jar with the olive oil. Close the jar tightly.

Allow the mixture to macerate for 2 to 3 weeks. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Then add more bay leaves and leave to macerate for another 2 or 3 weeks.

After this period, the mixture is ready, but must be filtered before consumption.

You can add it to all your dishes and enjoy all its benefits for the body.
