INGREDIENTS:
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 1 cup of natural unsweetened yogurt
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste

PREPARATION:
- Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then add the lemon juice and yogurt.
- Slowly stir the mixture for a few seconds, then turn off the gas and let it rest for at least 3 hours.
- At the end of this time, place the cotton towel in a strainer placed over the mold.
- Pour the mixture through the sieve to separate the cheese from the whey.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After this time, add a little salt and place in the refrigerator for another 8 hours.
- At this point you can eat this delicious homemade cheese.
