Aluminum cake pans are  the most used in the oven as they are able to resist  high temperatures , heat up more quickly and  distribute the heat evenly.

And let’s face it, all of us will make great use of it  at Easter  to prepare our favorite desserts to enjoy in company! It’s a shame, however, that  after use  it seems like a real effort to clean them and  keep them shiny.

But not for us! Today, in fact, we will see together  how to clean aluminum cake pans for Easter  using only home and natural remedies!

Before starting

Before proceeding with cleaning, it is good to remember a series of  precautions to follow  so as not to ruin your aluminum cake pans and avoid finding scratches on them.

We remind you, in fact,  not to use excessively abrasive sponges  or screens because they would end up removing the coating of the trays and also compromising the good cooking of the food.

It is equally advisable not to wash them  in the dishwasher  because they could oxidize and present that black patina that makes them look old and worn. And  now…let’s see how to clean them!

Marseille soap

The first remedy we want to recommend is to use  Marseille soap , an ingredient known for its very delicate cleaning and degreasing properties.

To use it, therefore, add  some flakes of this soap  into a basin containing  hot water,  then add  the aluminum cake tin inside and leave it to soak for about half an hour.  Finally, rub with a sponge, rinse and…  you’re done!

Yellow soap

In addition to Marseille soap, it is also possible to use  yellow soap , which is known for its  degreasing and cleaning function.  We remind you, in fact, that it is a godsend  to always have clean, fresh and fragrant laundry!

Then take a small piece of yellow soap and  rub it directly on the cake tin,  focusing especially on the points where there are  stains or encrustations . Then, leave it to act for a while and  rub with a sponge .

Alternatively, you can also pour a few pieces of this soap into a basin containing water, soak the cake tin and  leave to act for a while.  Finally,  rinse thoroughly  and  your cake pan will be as good as new!

After Marseille soap and yellow soap, bicarbonate of soda could not be missing, which is  also a godsend for washing and degreasing dishes. Then pour the  baking soda onto the baking tray , concentrating especially on the most encrusted stains, then  leave it on for an hour  before adding a little hot water and continuing with the soaking.

At this point,  proceed with washing the cake pan  and you will see that you will get a nice result!

Sale

Salt, as we know, is able to  absorb the most stubborn dirt , thanks to its powerful absorbent properties. We remind you, in fact, that it is also used  to combat humidity in the home.  Then sprinkle the cake pan  with fine salt  and then add  very hot water  on top so that it can dissolve properly.

At this point, leave to soak for a few hours and proceed with a  soft sponge or brush.  Finally, rinse and the  encrustations on your cake pan will be just a bad memory!
