Garlic Yogurt Cake WITHOUT Flour: The Delicious Recipe Ready in 5 Min.


Everyone wants a good cake!

But, problem: what to do if we run out of flour?

How to make a soft cake without adding flour?

My pastry chef friend gave me his technique for making a good yogurt cake without using flour.

Simply replace the flour with cornstarch. Don’t worry, it’s foolproof!

Here is the delicious recipe for flourless yogurt cake ready in 5 minutes:

Ingredients For 6 People

– 1 jar of organic yoghurt
– 1 jar of yoghurt with icing sugar
– 3 eggs
– 2 jars of corn starch yoghurt
– 1/2 jar of sunflower seed oil
– 1 teaspoon of yeast
– butter to grease the mold
– salad bowl
– whisk
– cake mold

How to do :

Preparation: 5 min
Cooking: 35 min

1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

2. Place the eggs and yogurt in the salad bowl.

3. Beat them with the whisk.

4. While stirring, gradually add the cornstarch, baking powder, icing sugar and oil.

5. Mix the mixture well until you obtain a smooth paste.

6. Pour the mixture into the buttered mold.

7. Place in the oven and cook for about 35 minutes.

Result

And here it is! Your delicious flourless yogurt cake is ready 🙂

It’s so nice to be able to make your own cakes!

Yogurt cake is a classic, and it’s just as good without flour, or even better with cornstarch!

You can eat it with spreadable cream (avoid Nutella). Kids love it!

Know that you can cut it into slices and toast it on the barbecue with cherries, peaches or strawberries.

If you don’t have corn starch you can prepare this recipe with rice flour or potato starch.
