The elements of the bathroom are in all probability the ones most likely to “suffer” the effects of humidity due to direct water or the action of various appliances. In fact, inevitably parts of the furniture but also particular sectors such as the shower tray, that is, the lower part, tend to accumulate water, soap and other elements, all of which, if not removed suddenly, causes the formation of lime. But how to quickly remove limescale from the shower tray?

If the shower tray has limestone embedded in it, remove it quickly like this

Limestone tends to accumulate in the constant and continuous presence of water, although much depends on the hardness of the water, which is determined by the presence of minerals in it, such as magnesium and calcium salts.

Removing humidity as soon as it is generated is obviously the most logical and predictable solution, but not always feasible in the aforementioned context, which, at the very least, tends to affirm water as an element, like the shower tray, which is also quite boring to clean.

Obviously there are many products designed very specifically for this function but it is also possible to use natural remedies, for example using apple cider vinegar, which is decidedly less invasive from the point of view of aroma than that of wine but which contains a sanitizing power also thanks to elements such as ascorbic acid.

It is enough to divide it with water, in a mixture of equal parts to improve its use: more encrusted limestone may require a greater amount of vinegar applied.

Simply put the well-mixed mixture at room temperature in a spray container, and act accordingly on the surfaces of the shower tray, letting it “rest” for half an hour.

Then it will be enough to remove everything with a sponge or a dry, clean cloth. Vinegar can also be used with absolute success on glass surfaces, with disinfectant and non-aggressive effects.
