An ingredient that increases the flowering time of orchids

There is only a single ingredient for those who want to grow orchid flowers all year round and keep them growing lushly. It is a product that we use every day and that we always have in every home. We’re talking about milk.

Cow’s milk is a reservoir of proteins and calcium, which are necessary for good growth and intensive flowering of orchids. In addition, their antifungal properties are important to counteract and control plant diseases.

How can I do that?

Add some water to the bottom of the milk bottle and then pour generously over the plants. It is important not to use the milk in too pure a form as this can damage the flowers and cause an unpleasant smell.

Always alternate between water and milk jets to ensure correct application. The DIY method is not recommended for orchids. If necessary, seek advice from industry experts.
