Praise God with all your heart today!
I’ve tried many, but the best method for cleaning mocha is my grandmother’s!
Cleaning the coffee maker is very important! Residue at the bottom of the tank can impair the flavor, thus ruining an important time of the day. Of course, because coffee is a ritual: whether at breakfast, mid-morning, after lunch or in the afternoon! It should be prepared slowly, and true connoisseurs have not yet replaced the beloved, well-oiled mocha with waffles. It is a question of principles, or almost: you have to learn to appreciate waiting, the prize is great!
We fill the boiler with water, insert the filter, add the magic dust, screw in the binder and wait for the heat to give us that aromatic elixir that “settles” our lives.
However, if the aftertaste is ruined by poor maintenance, the surprise is bitter, in every way! So it’s best to play ahead and keep it in excellent condition at all times!
We have always been told that we should not use soaps, that we should not put it in the dishwasher at all. They are right! Detergents risk damaging the metal and releasing substances that completely change the flavor of our coffee.
You have to use the right ingredients. What are you waiting for to know how to proceed?

How to clean your coffee maker professionally
To make mocha new again, without compromising the taste of the coffee, use white vinegar!
Dilute 3 tablespoons in a glass of water , dip the dish sponge in this liquid and then wipe the outer surface to polish it.
Use pure vinegar on the bottom, but rub gently.
Then prepare a bowl and pour plenty of boiling water. Add a glass of vinegar, now let the collection tank soak for about half an hour . In this period of time, the solution created will dissolve the internal scale, but also those in the compression chamber and flow accelerator (the internal parts, to be clear). After 30 minutes, rinse under running water.
Finally, for a thorough cleaning, fill the boiler with water , the filter with salt and vinegar, then screw on as if to make coffee and turn on the gas. Wait for the liquid to come out, turn off the stove and wash. Repeat the operation once every two weeks to keep your moka pot in perfect condition.
