80 g sugar

Preparation
How to make apple pie with pumpkin and walnuts?
Place the flour on the work surface and make a well in the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add the sugar, pumpkin puree, baking powder, egg yolk, cinnamon and butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mix everything until it forms a dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Divide it in two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Film one and put it in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Roll out the other dough with your hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wash the apple and cut it into small pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add half of it to the second dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also add plenty of dried fruit and mix everything together, then freeze the mixture for a quarter of an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Butter and flour a mold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Transfer the cold dough and spread it with the jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cover it with the frozen dough, crumbling it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Add the remaining nuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bake apple pie with pumpkin and nuts for half an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
