flour<br>5 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation<br>How to make Zuppetta?<br>Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unroll the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook for half an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the milk in a saucepan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beat the egg yolks in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the sugar, then the cornstarch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour a little hot milk over this mixture and mix vigorously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the remaining milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return the mixture to the saucepan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook
