of bitter cocoa powder<br>50 g of condensed milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation<br>How to make a chocolate mousse cake?<br>Prepare the base or sponge cake<br>Dissolve the cocoa in the hot milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Break the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blend them with the sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the oil and blend again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add this mixture to the previous one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilla flavour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whisk everything together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sift the flour and yeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add them to the mixture, seasoning with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with cling film and leave to rest for a few moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beat the egg whites with a mixer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the vinegar while continuing to beat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gradually pour in the sugar and beat on low speed for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incorporate this preparation into the previous one, mixing delicately from top to bottom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Line an 8cm square mold with baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the mixture and cook for about 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare the mixture that will be used to soak the cake.<br>Mix the cocoa with the condensed milk in a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then add the cream and whole milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Turn the base over and put it back in the mold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prick it with a toothpick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour the prepared mixture over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with cling film and leave to rest for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make the chocolate mousse<br>Mix the condensed milk with the melted chocolate and cocoa with a spatula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gradually add the cream, continuing to mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix everything with the mixer until you get the right consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread this mixture on the surface of the cake<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place the chocolate mousse cake in the refrigerator for an hour before
