Here we are with the recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation: 15 minutes<br>Cooking: approximately 45 minutes<br>Servings: 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ingredients<br>200 g of scamorza<br>1 onion<br>2 carrots<br>2 courgettes<br>1 yellow pepper<br>1 red chilli pepper<br>1 roll of wholemeal puff pastry<br>Dried oregano<br>Breadcrumbs<br>Salt<br>1 clove of garlic<br>2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preparation<br>How to make the vegetable and scamorza tart?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the carrots and courgettes, cut them into slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean the peppers and also cut them into slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the onion and slice it rather thinly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slice the scamorza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a non-stick pan, heat the oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown the garlic, then remove it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the vegetables and cook them for ten minutes, then season with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unroll the puff pastry and roll it out into a disc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place it in a 22-24 cm mold with its baking paper, eliminate the excess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prick it with a fork and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnish with half the vegetables, scamorza and oregano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cover with the rest of the vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the remaining dough into strips and place them on top of the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fold the edges of the dough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the vegetable and scamorza tart for 45 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you looking for a light and substantial menu to please the whole family?
