{"id":4310,"date":"2024-02-22T12:29:35","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T12:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nanasadvice.com\/?p=4310"},"modified":"2024-02-22T12:29:36","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T12:29:36","slug":"salmon-spaghetti-a-la-carbonara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nanasadvice.com\/?p=4310","title":{"rendered":"Salmon spaghetti a la Carbonara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g of pasta (spaghetti)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g salmon, smoked (fillet or steaks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 onion(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g of cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons of parmesan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oil (neutral)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the spaghetti as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dice the onions as finely as possible and the salmon (don&#8217;t skimp on quality) into small pieces.&nbsp;Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible (of course you can also use a garlic press, but personally I prefer to chop it).&nbsp;Fry the onions in the oil until translucent, briefly fry half the garlic and the salmon and quickly remove from the heat again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix the cream, eggs, parmesan (preferably old and freshly grated), the other half of the garlic and the spices in a cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain the finished spaghetti and quickly return it to the pot.&nbsp;Now pour the egg and cream mixture and mix it with the spaghetti.&nbsp;If the egg does not begin to set due to the residual heat from the pan and pasta, return to the stovetop for a short time.&nbsp;Finally, mix in the salmon and onions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy your meal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients : Preparation : Cook the spaghetti as usual.
