class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g wheat flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g cocoa powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the coffee:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup of strong coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the mascarpone cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 g mascarpone cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 egg yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup whipping cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Decor:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cocoa powder to sprinkle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grated chocolate (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Preparation of the cake:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder over the egg mixture and mix with enveloping movements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour the mixture into a previously greased cake pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the cake cool completely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coffee preparation:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare the coffee strong and add the sugar and coffee liqueur (if you are using).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparation of mascarpone cream:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the egg mixture to the mascarpone and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until it holds soft peaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture with gentle, enveloping movements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tiramisu Cake Assembly:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the cake into thin layers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a layer of cake in the bottom of a cake pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soak the cake with the prepared coffee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a layer of the mascarpone cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of mascarpone cream on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigerate the Tiramisu Cake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to settle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decor:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder over the top of the cake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you wish, you can decorate with grated chocolate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy your delicious Tiramisu
